Strategy. Creative. Performance.
Twenty-four brands across thirteen industries β education, publishing, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, cleaning services, astrology, real estate, jewellery, luxury footwear, travel, hospitality, retail and events. Real campaign experience, not a generic agency template.
How we think
We don't start with the ad. We start with the business objective β then work backwards into positioning, funnel, creative and distribution.
Business β Industry β Audience β Objective
Every engagement begins with mapping what the business actually sells, to whom, and why they buy.
Positioning β Funnel β Campaign Structure
We decide what the campaign needs to say, to whom, and in what sequence.
Creative Direction β Messaging β Ad Concepts
Creative is treated as strategy made visible, not decoration on top of a plan.
Meta Ads β Audience Segmentation
The plan is put in front of the right segments, in the right order.
Testing β Retargeting β Refinement
Campaigns are treated as living systems, refined as audience response comes in.
Experience across 13 industries
A working knowledge of how different categories think, buy and respond β built through direct campaign experience.

Selected work, in more depth
TR Minds
Built around a sales-first framework, pairing product-specific messaging with an audience likely to act β conversion-oriented ad formats and direct product positioning, targeted by reading interest and buying intent rather than broad awareness metrics.
"When the objective is sales, every part of the campaign β creative, copy, audience β has to point toward the transaction."
Edusarthi
Across eight preschool brands, campaigns were built around four distinct objectives β Hiring, Admissions, Summer Camp and Fun Fiesta β each with its own audience logic. Hiring campaigns reached prospective staff; admissions campaigns targeted parents at decision-making moments in the academic calendar.
"Recruitment marketing, admissions marketing, and parent-engagement marketing all require a different message even when the audience overlaps."
Mona Pharma
A professional, category-aware approach to digital promotion β building visibility for a pharmaceutical business without overstepping into medical claims or exaggerated positioning.
"Pharmaceutical marketing carries a different responsibility than lifestyle categories β clarity and professional tone, appropriate to a regulated, trust-sensitive category."
Souls & Stars
Built around niche audience understanding β reaching people already interested in numerology and Vastu rather than a generic astrology audience, with creative and targeting shaped around those specific interest categories.
"Specialised services need specialised language."
ECSafetradesolutions
A business managing seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, eBay, Etsy, JioMart and ShopClues needed one coherent identity beyond the marketplaces themselves. Meta advertising was used to build that outward-facing brand presence β visibility, audience development and consistent creative, separate from the listings.
"A business built on eight different marketplace relationships still needs one coherent identity."
House of Irae
A direct-to-consumer store where the priority was turning cold product traffic into repeat buyers β catalogue-led creative, retargeting for cart abandonment, and a content cadence built around new drops.
"D2C growth is a retention problem wearing an acquisition costume."
Matelink Care
Local audience targeting, treating Sydney not as a generic location field but as the defining context for the entire campaign β an engagement-first initiative building familiarity before layering on a harder conversion push.
"A cleaning service in Sydney doesn't need national reach β it needs the right creative, in front of the right suburb-level audience, at the right moment."
Durvena Astro β Engage β Retarget β Convert
Instead of asking a cold audience to convert immediately, a full-funnel strategy was built across three stages: Engage β reach broad audiences already interested in astrology; Retarget β build a warm audience from those who engaged; Generate Leads β ask for the conversion only once intent was established, with a dedicated lead-generation campaign for the Kalpurusha course.
"Astrology and spiritual-service audiences respond to trust more than urgency β the retargeting pool built in stage one becomes the exact audience stage three needs to convert."
Sky Infra
Real estate is a high-consideration category with a long customer journey β targeting and messaging were built to capture genuine intent and hand over qualified interest, treating each enquiry as the start of a longer decision process.
"Property decisions are rarely made on the first touchpoint."
Zeyra.info
Jewellery is a visually driven, perception-led category. Work combined website presentation with social-first creative, making product presentation and visual storytelling the centre of the strategy.
"In visual categories, the platform is the pitch."
Lexa Italiano
Premium positioning built around restrained, image-led communication over high-frequency, discount-driven messaging β centred on communicating craftsmanship and exclusivity to a perception-driven audience.
"Premium brands lose credibility the moment their marketing looks mass-market."
The Butterfly Travels & Travel Doodles β Discovery β Trust β Booking
Two travel brands, two different roles in the same customer journey: Travel Doodles built top-of-funnel reach through aspirational, story-led travel content designed to be watched and shared; The Butterfly Travels converted that interest into actual enquiries and bookings, with itinerary-led creative and destination-specific targeting timed around travel seasons.
"In travel, the sale rarely happens on the first scroll β the job is to stay top-of-mind until the trip actually gets planned."
Palmtree Resort
Destination-first storytelling built around seasonal occupancy goals β visual campaigns designed to sell the experience of the stay, paired with direct-booking pushes timed around weekends, holidays and off-peak periods.
"A resort isn't selling rooms, it's selling three days somewhere else."
Truesmile
As a multi-brand outlet, the campaign needed to promote a rotating catalogue rather than a single product line β creative built around new-stock and offer cycles, with local targeting driving footfall to the outlet itself.
"An MBO's marketing has to move as fast as its own shelf does."
Connection Banquet Hall
Occasion-led local lead generation β targeting people actively planning weddings, receptions and corporate events in the venue's catchment area, with enquiry forms built to qualify event type, guest count and date before the first call.
"Banquet leads are only useful if you know the date and the headcount before you pick up the phone."
What these projects show
One strategy doesn't fit every industry
Education, real estate, jewellery, pharma, services, astrology, travel and hospitality each require a different read on audience psychology.
Objectives determine architecture
Sales, engagement, admissions, hiring, bookings and lead generation each require a different campaign structure, not just different creative.
Warm audiences matter
The Durvena Astro campaign shows how engagement can build a retargeting audience before a lead-generation ask is made β the same logic that carries Travel Doodles' reach into The Butterfly Travels' bookings.
Creative is part of the strategy
Message, visual and offer have to reflect both the audience and the business objective β not sit on top of a plan built without them.
Local businesses need local relevance
Matelink Care and Connection Banquet Hall show why geographic and occasion-level relevance matters when promoting a business tied to a specific market or event date.
Premium brands need premium communication
Luxury and hospitality categories such as Lexa Italiano and Palmtree Resort require positioning that goes beyond simply presenting the product.

Why brands work with HeyParth
Industry-adaptive marketing
Thirteen industries, thirteen different audience logics β the approach is built around what each business is, not a fixed template.
Objective-driven planning
Every campaign starts from what it needs to achieve β sales, leads, hiring, bookings or visibility β before any channel decision is made.
Full-funnel thinking
Campaigns move audiences through stages β engagement, retargeting, conversion β rather than asking for a decision too early.
Creative + performance mindset
Creative decisions are treated as strategic decisions β message, tone and visual language built to match the objective.
Audience-first strategy
Targeting starts with who the business actually needs to reach, and at what level of intent β not the broadest possible audience.
Range across categories
From preschools to luxury footwear to travel and hospitality β direct experience across product, service and consideration-led categories.
