Objectives
Campaigns can aim at leads (forms or WhatsApp), website enquiries, sales or retargeting. We agree one primary objective before building anything.
Planning and account review
We review any existing ad account, past results, your offer and your sales process, then set a plan and a test roadmap.
Audience and offer strategy
We define who to reach, what to say and which offer to lead with, then refine using campaign data.
Creative strategy and testing
We brief or produce creative variations in the agreed formats and test hooks and formats instead of depending on one ad.
Campaign setup
Campaign structure, budgets, placements, lead forms or click-to-WhatsApp, and clear naming so reports stay readable.
Pixel and tracking
We set up and check the Meta Pixel and, where relevant, Conversions API. Tracking may need website access and an updated privacy notice.
Landing-page alignment
We check that the ad promise matches the page it leads to and recommend fixes. Page changes are separate work unless included.
Budget and optimisation
We monitor spend and results, pause weak ads and shift budget gradually. You control the budget.
Reporting
You receive regular reports on spend, results and learnings. The ad account stays in your name.

Pricing
Management from ₹15,000 per month (one platform; final scope in your quotation).
Ad spend is the money paid directly to the advertising platform. It is separate from HeyParth's service fee unless your written quotation says otherwise.
Payment for ad management follows the published structure: for ad spend below ₹10,000, 50% advance and 50% balance; for ₹10,000 and above, 70% advance and 30% balance, with the balance due 15 days after onboarding or the first payment date.
A standard Meta ad account audit is free.

What is the difference between your fee and the ad budget?
Our fee pays for strategy, setup, optimisation and reporting. The ad budget is what Meta charges for showing your ads, and you pay it to Meta.
Do you guarantee leads or return on ad spend?
No. Results depend on your offer, market, budget and competition. We commit to sound strategy, transparent execution and honest reporting.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. Accounts stay in your name, so you keep access and history.
Is the Meta ad account audit really free?
Yes, a standard Meta ad account audit is free. A website audit is a separate paid service.
